A 'form' is a document you fill out and submit to either provide information or to obtain information, or perhaps both.
What will I find in this section of the website?
In this section of our website you will find a variety of forms to help you attend to various tasks. If you do not find a suitable form for what you wish to do, please drop us a line (using our 'Contact Us' form) and let us know - your feedback is always welcome.
For a list of forms in this section of our website, please see the right side of this page and feel free to follow the links there. Over time, we will be adding more forms to this list.
Most of our forms may be completed and submitted on-line. However, one notable exception is our enrolment form which is a PDF form which must be downloaded, printed, completed and signed, and then returned to BJE. This is necessary due to legal requirements that we have a parent's or guardian's signature for all enrolments.
