BJE is offering the Natif Bar/Bat Mitzvah Program, a Coming-of-Age Program, that is ‘an alternate to’ or ‘in addition to’ traditional shul-based Bat or Bar Mitzvah.

From Fear to Strength: Jewish Education in a Troubled Time
As Term 3 wraps up, BJE’s mission is more vital than ever—empowering Jewish students with pride, connection, and resilience in the face of rising antisemitism.

Our BJE team, together with our wonderful Shinshinim, visited @mountzionelc to welcome Shabbat with students and families. 💙 Classrooms were filled with Shabbat spirit as we shared stories, songs, traditions and a special pack — complete with grape juice and challah.
We loved connecting with the community and bringing the joy of Judaism into the classroom. Shabbat Shalom! 🌸🍷🍞✨

We were very happy to host Year 11 Studies of Religion students from All Saints Catholic College for an insightful lesson. They enjoyed a meaningful and engaging excursion to Central Synagogue to deepen their understanding of the Jewish faith, culture and customs.
